  • Scribe matching marks between front and rear housing sections, then mount booster assembly in suitable holding fixture with rear housing facing up.

  • Install master cylinder reservoir cap, then loosen forward brake pipe connection at master cylinder. Prevent brake fluid from coming in contact with painted surfaces.
