- Remove exhaust system from flange back.
- Remove mounting bolts and rear reinforcement bridge, Fig. .
- Disconnect front exhaust shield from exhaust shield.
- Disconnect exhaust shield from tunnel.
- Remove mounting bolts and front reinforcement bridge.
- Loosen intermediate bearing mounting bolts.
- Remove mounting bolts and disconnect propeller shaft from transmission. Flexible disk remains with propeller shaft.
- Remove mounting bolts and disconnect propeller shaft from differential carrier. Flexible disk remains with propeller shaft.
