- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove tire and wheel assembly.
- Disconnect outer tie rod end from steering knuckle. Do NOT loosen tie rod end jam nut.
- Insert a drift or punch into brake rotor and against brake caliper in order to prevent wheel hub and bearing from turning.
- Remove and discard wheel drive shaft spindle nut retaining wheel drive shaft to hub.
- Remove stabilizer shaft link.

- Drain engine coolant into suitable container.
- Remove upper radiator seal.
- Remove upper radiator support bar.
- Disconnect and plug coolant overflow hose from radiator.
- Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses from radiator and position out of way.
- Remove bolt from transmission oil cooler pipe clip at lower radiator tie bar.
