- Fill master cylinder reservoir with brake fluid.
- Insert end of hose into a container full of brake fluid using a suitable length and diameter of vinyl hose.
- Secure other end of hose to wheel cylinder bleeder plug farthest from master cylinder.
- An assistant should depress brake pedal slowly several times, then hold-down, do not depress completely.
- Loosen bleeder valve, then watch for air bubbles in fluid.
- Tighten bleeder screw before pressure is lost inline. Tighten bleeder screw.
- Repeat procedure until all air bubbles are absent, brake pedal is firm and no leak...

- Remove brake hose from caliper and cap brake line(s).
- Remove caliper assembly as outlined under .
Disassemble
- Remove sleeve, sleeve boot and pin boots, Fig. .
- Protect fingers with shop towel, then blow piston from caliper bore with compressed air.
- Remove piston boot, then pry piston seal from caliper bore using a suitable screwdriver.
Assemble
- Clean all components with suitable cleaner.
- Inspect caliper bore, piston and carrier for damage or excessive wear.
- Apply suitable rubber grease to new piston seal, then install piston seal in caliper bor...
