- Remove battery and tray.
- Recover air conditioning refrigerant.
- Drain engine cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove upper radiator hose.
- Remove upper transaxle cooler line.
- Remove coolant surge tank hose.
- Remove condenser inlet fitting from discharge hose.
- Disconnect cooling fan electrical connector.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove lower cover panel.
- Remove lower radiator hose from radiator.
- Remove lower transaxle cooler line.
- Remove evaporator line to condenser outlet.
- Remove lower radiator mounting panel.
- Remove radiator, fan and condenser as an assembly.
