- Remove caliper from vehicle.
- Push out piston with dust seal by blowing compressed air through brake hose hole.
- Remove piston seal with suitable tool.
- Reverse procedure to assemble.
G20 Rear
- Remove caliper from vehicle, Fig. .
- Remove piston by turning it counterclockwise with suitable long nose pliers.
- Pry off ring A from piston with suitable pliers and remove adjusting nut.
- Disassemble cylinder body as follows:
- Pry off ring B with suitable pliers, then remove spring cover, spring and seat.
- Pry off ring C, then remove key plate, pushrod and rod.
