- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise vehicle on suitable lift.
- Remove bolts for engine front undercover then remove undercover.
- Remove clips and slide air inlet duct forward to disengage clips for air cleaner housing.
- Disconnect wiring harness connector from mass air flow sensor.
- Disconnect PCV valve hose.
- Remove air cleaner case, mass air flow sensor, and air duct as a unit. Mark duct assembly with chalk to help remember how to connect air duct assembly upon installation.
- Remove mass air flow sensor from air cleaner case.
