- Raise and support front of vehicle and remove wheel.
- Disconnect brake hose from brake tube.
- Remove caliper assembly from spindle.
- Reverse procedure to install.
Overhaul
- Remove pin bolts and separate cylinder body from torque member, Figs. through .
- Remove pad retainers, shims and brake pads.
- Feed compressed air gradually into caliper port and force out piston(s) with dust seals.
- Remove piston seals, sub pins, main pins and dust seals, Fig. through .
- Reverse procedure to assemble.
