TEMPERATURE CONTROL CABLE

With Manual A/C
  • Disconnect battery ground cable.
  • Lower glove compartment to gain access to control cable turnbuckle.
  • Set control cable to full Cold, then adjust turnbuckle until temperature valve just comes to a stop on the left.
  • Move control to full Hot, then feel if valve is held against right side. If not, adjust turnbuckle until valve just stops against right side.
  • Recheck cold side. If not satisfactory, repeat Steps 3 and 4.
