  • Remove and discard 2/3 of brake fluid from largest master cylinder reservoir.
  • Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheel.
  • Press caliper piston to bottom of bore using suitable screwdriver or C-clamp.
  • Disconnect brake hose at caliper and cap hose.
  • Remove caliper mounting pins.
  • Lift caliper up and out of anchor plate and off rotor.
Rear
  • Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel and caliper mounting bolts, Fig. .
  • Rotate caliper rearward, then off mounting bracket ledges.
