Do not service radiator while system is hot. Allow system to cool before removal.
- Remove radiator cap.
- Remove radiator grille from front of vehicle for access to radiator draincock.
- Attach one end of a 24 inch long, 1/4 inch I.D. hose to draincock. Put other end into a suitable container, then drain radiator.
- On models equipped with electric cooling fan,remove electrical connectors and mounting bolts, then lift fan straight up and out of engine compartment.
