- Remove viscous fan (righthand threads).
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove fan shroud.
- Remove engine cover.
- Remove serpentine drive belt.
- Disconnect coolant hoses.
- Disconnect coolant hose to oil cooler.
- Disconnect pulley.
- Remove mounting bolts and water pump.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Install new gasket.
- Torque pulley mounting bolts to 88 inch lbs.
- Torque M6 mounting bolt...
