- Remove upper tie bar.
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove upper and lower radiator hoses from radiator.
- Remove upper transaxle oil cooler line retainer and bolt from fan shroud.
- Slide plastic cap off quick connect joint.
- Disconnect upper transaxle oil cooler line from radiator using quick connect tool No. J 41623-B, or equivalent.
- Disconnect cooling fan motors wiring harness electrical connectors.
- Remove retaining clips from harness to fan shroud.
- Disconnect two retainers from A/C discharge hose.
- Remove two fan shroud mounting bolts.
