- Remove circuit opening relay located in engine compartment relay box.
- Start the engine and allow it to idle until it stalls, then turn ignition OFF.
- Remove the fuel tank cap to release air from fuel tank.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable.
- Install the circuit opening relay.
