- Drain brake master cylinder with suitable suction device.
- Remove coolant reservoir.
- On models equipped with Hydro Boost, remove three power distribution box bracket bolts and position box aside.
- On all models, remove speed control deactivator switch.
- Disconnect fluid level sensor connector.
- Remove and discard master cylinder mounting nuts.
- Disconnect master cylinder brake tubes.
- Remove master cylinder cylinder.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Torque master cylinder mounting nuts to 18 ft. lbs.

Warning: The electrical power to the air suspension system must be shut off prior to hoisting, jacking or towing an air suspension vehicle. This can be accomplished by turning off the air suspension switch located in the righthand kick panel area. Failure to do so can result in unexpected inflation or deflation of the air springs, which can result in shifting of the vehicle during these operations.

- Disconnect ground cables for dual batteries. Ground path is through the frame.
- Remove bolt and position MAP sensor aside.
- Remove ground strap bolt at bulkhead and position ground strap aside.
- Remove bolts and position power steering fluid reservoir bracket aside.
- Remove bolts and position cowl wiring harness aside.
- Remove bracket screws from charge air cooler tube bracket.
- Remove stud nuts and CAC tube bracket.
- Loosen clamps and remove CAC tube.
