Vehicle: 2007 Hummer H3 3.7 L5 GAS
- Loosen air cleaner resonator outlet duct clamp.
- Remove air cleaner resonator bolts.
- Lift upward on air cleaner resonator assembly.
- Disconnect crankcase ventilation hose from camshaft cover.
- Disconnect outlet duct from throttle body.
- Remove air cleaner resonator assembly from engine.
- Disconnect evaporative emission canister purge pipe from throttle control module, using suitable quick disconnect tool.
- Disconnect throttle body electrical connector.
- Remove throttle body bolts.
- Remove throttle body and seal from intake manifold, discard seal.
- Clean gasket surface.

Vehicle: 2007 Hummer H3 3.7 L5 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Remove drive belt using a suitable tool.
- Raise and support vehicle only high enough to access air conditioning compressor through wheelhouse.
- Remove left front wheel.
- Remove retainers and left wheelhouse liner.
- On models equipped with air conditioning ,disengage air conditioning compressor electrical connector from bracket.
- Recover air conditioning system, using a suitable air conditioning Service Center.
- Disconnect A/C condenser and evaporator lines from A/C compressor.
