- Raise and support vehicle and support it with safety stands in proper locations.
- Remove wheel nuts and rear wheels.
- Remove cotter pin and lock cap.
- Apply brake pedal and remove axle shaft nut.
- Remove bolts and disconnect rear disc brake caliper assembly. Keep brake caliper supported by using mechanics wire so flexible brake hose is not stretched.
- Remove bolts and separate speed sensor from axle carrier. Use care not to damage speed sensor and prevent foreign matter from adhering to speed sensor.

- Connect a suitably programmed scan tool to DLC3 located under the LH side of the instrument panel.
