Radiator, Replace
Vehicle: 2009 Toyota Land Cruiser 5.7 V8 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Remove upper radiator support seal.
- Remove radiator grille.
- Remove front bumper cover.
- On models with air cooled transmission oil cooler, remove four bolts and oil cooler air duct.
- On models without air cooled transmission oil cooler, using a clip remover, remove four clips and disconnect righthand side deflector.
- On all models, using a clip remover, remove four clips and disconnect lefthand side deflector.
- Remove lefthand front fender splash shield sub-assembly.
- Remove righthand front fender splash shield sub-assembly.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container by loosening drain plug of radiator.
- Reposition hose clamp at radiator outlet.
- Remove hose from radiator.
- Reposition hose clamp at water inlet.
- Remove hose from water inlet.
- Remove hose from vehicle.

Vehicle: 2009 Toyota Land Cruiser 5.7 V8 GAS
Inlet
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container by loosening drain plug of radiator.
- Reposition hose clamp at heater core.
- Remove hose from heater core.
- Reposition hose clamp at water outlet.
- Remove hose from water outlet.
- Remove hose from vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
