The electric cooling fan is control by the PCM based on inputs from the engine coolant sensor, intake air temperature sensor , the A/C control switch, A/C refrigerant pressure sensor and the speed sensor. The fan normally operates when the engine coolant temperature exceeds 217°F, A/C is requested, and vehicle speed is greater than 35 mph. Pressure bleeding is recommended for all hydraulic systems. However, if a pressure bleeder is unavailable, use the following procedure.Brake fluid damages painted surfaces. Immediately clean any spilled fluid.
- Remove vacuum reserve by pumping brakes several times with engine off.
- Fill master cylinder reservoir with clean brake fluid. Check fluid level often during bleeding procedure; do not let reservoir fall below half full.
