- Remove caliper bolts from torque plate, then the caliper.
- Remove brake pads and hardware as outlined under .

- Use new gaskets on union bolt and tighten union bolt to specifications.
- Tighten caliper bolts to specifications.
- Fill reservoir, then bleed brakes and check for leaks.

- Remove split pin and driveshaft castle nut and washer from front hub.
- Apply brake and remove lefthand axle hub nut.
- Remove lefthand front stabilizer nut and separate link assembly. If ball joint turns together with nut use suitable tool to hold stud.
