Two technicians are required to bleed the brake system. Brake pedal operation must be very slow. Keep brake fluid reserve tank topped off to prevent entry of air into brake system during bleeding procedure. Check entire brake system for fluid leaks.
- Start with brakes connected to secondary chamber of master cylinder first.
- Fit one end of a vinyl tube onto air bleeder and place other end of tube into a container of brake fluid.
- Slowly depress brake pedal and keep it depressed, then open air bleeder for 1 to 2 seconds.
