- Remove air cleaner assembly including mounting stud and air cleaner duct.
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
- Disconnect engine strut brace bolts from upper mounting panel and rotate struts and braces rearward. To prevent shearing of rubber bushings, loosen bolts on engine struts before swinging struts.
