- Discharge A/C refrigerant system.
- Remove glove compartment, then retaining screws and fresh air/recirculation flap.
- Remove refrigerant lines, then loosen all connections between vehicle and evaporator.
- Remove evaporator assembly.
- Separate housing, then remove evaporator core.
