- Slide select lever to left.
- Connect air source control cable in the CIRC position, then connect clip.
- Connect temperature control cable in the COLD position, then connect clip.
- Slide select lever to the right.
- Connect air select control cable in the DEFROST position, then connect clip.

- Raise and support vehicle and remove front wheels.
- Disconnect flexible brake hose at caliper and cap hose openings.
- Remove upper and lower caliper mounting bolts, then remove caliper from disc.
- Reverse procedure to install, tighten caliper attaching bolts to specification.
AMIGO, PICKUP, RODEO & TROOPER II
Removal
- Perform steps one through three as outlined under "Brake Pad, Replace" procedure.
- Disconnect brake hose from caliper and cap openings in hose and caliper.
