- On all models, disconnect battery ground cable.
- Discharge refrigerant from system.
- Disconnect pipes from receiver/drier and condenser, then cap openings to prevent entrance of dirt and moisture.
- Remove nuts and washers retaining the fan cowl to radiator top rail, then pull the fan cowl clear of the mounting studs.
- Disconnect pipes from receiver/drier and the pipe from the compressor to the condenser.
