- Raise and support rear of vehicle and remove wheel.
- Disconnect parking brake cable and remove spring retainer, if necessary.
- On 240SX and 1990 Stanza models, disconnect parking cable stay fixing bolt and lock spring.
- On all models, remove pin bolts, Figs. through .
- Remove pad springs, pads and pad shims.
- Reverse procedure to install. Turn piston clockwise to retract it into cylinder body.
