Vehicle: 1991 Saab 900 S 2.1 L4 GAS
- On turbocharged models, remove charge air cooler.
- On all models, remove grille.
- Release engine oil cooler and hang it up in such a way that hoses are not damaged.
- Remove condenser from radiator
- Disconnect and remove battery. Remove battery shelf.
- Drain coolant into a suitable container. Remove lid on expansion tank to speed up draining.
- On turbocharged models, remove bypass hose together with intake hose.
- On all models, undo upper radiator hoses from radiator.
- Separate radiator fan's electrical connections.
- Release servo pump's oil pipe and clips for radiator's breather hose fro...
