The ACC air flap stepper motors do not have a feedback function. Whenever power to the ACC control module is interrupted, or a stepper motor is serviced it is necessary to calibrate the flap stepper motors to their end position. This calibration may be accomplished using the ISAT or a suitable Scan tool or by placing the system into self test mode.

- Press brake pedal fully to floor and secure in that position.
- Remove upper guide pin bolt, then disconnect brake hose at caliper and plug hose and fitting.

- Reverse procedure to install and bleed brake system.
