- Discharge and recover refrigerant from system.
- Remove muffler plate retaining bolt, (1) Fig. .

- Loosen air bleeder valve.
- Slowly fill system with coolant through engine filler cap, allowing air to flow through bleeder valve until reservoir tank is full.
- Install engine and reservoir tank pressure caps, then tighten air bleeder valve.
- Run engine for approximately three minutes...
