- Hold rear head and remove six through bolts from cylinder head assembly.

- Remove engine cooling fan and shroud.
- Release belt tensioner and remove accessory drive belt.
- Remove water pump pulley mounting bolts, then remove water pump pulley.
- Loosen mounting bolts and remove water pump.
- Reverse procedure to install. Replace O-ring and torque to 15-22 ft. lbs.
