- Discharge refrigerant from system.
- Remove radiator grille and headlamp frames, then right headlamp.
- Remove center bracket and horn bracket.
- Remove electric cooling fan if equipped.
- Disconnect refrigerant hoses. Plug all openings.
- Remove condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install. Evacuate and recharge system, then check for leaks.

- Discharge system.
- If vehicle is equipped with power steering, remove power steering pump attaching bolts and locate pump out of way. Do not disconnect hoses.
- Remove front half of crankshaft pulley to remove drive belt.
- Disconnect compressor electrical connectors and refrigerant hoses. Plug all openings.
- Remove compressor and mounting bracket.
