- Remove lower air distributor duct, then defroster outlet duct.
- Remove heater case cover mounting screws, then case cover.
- Remove the heater core mounting screws, then heater core.
- Reverse procedure to install.

- Remove blower motor flange screws, then blower motor assembly.
- Reverse procedure to install, ensuring that blower is properly aligned with pin, if equipped.
