The fan blade cannot be repaired. If it is cracked, warped or otherwise damaged, it must be replaced.
- Disconnect fan motor electrical connector.
- Remove shroud clips and support bolts, nuts and washers.
- Remove fan, motor and shroud or support as an assembly from radiator support.
- Support fan motor assembly on bench, then remove retaining clip and slide fan off motor shaft.
- Reverse procedure to install.

- Using a spanner wrench, insert pins into any two threaded holes of the clutch front plate. Hold plate and remove hex nut.
- Using a suitable puller, align puller center bolt to compressor shaft, then hand tighten puller bolts into threaded holes.
- Turn center bolt clockwise until front plate is loosened.
- Using a suitable screwdriver and hammer, remove shaft key by lightly tapping it loose.
- Remove external front housing snap ring, then insert the lips of rotor puller jaws into snap ring groove.
