- Remove adjusting bolt, belt, pulley, mounting bolt, power steering pump and bracket, Fig. . Do not disconnect pump hoses.
- Disconnect magnetic clutch harness connector.
- Loosen idler pulley center nut and idle pulley tension adjustment bolt, then remove compressor drive belt.
- Remove refrigerant lines, then immediately cap all fittings and ports to avoid system contamination.
