- Mark location of all operating rods and levers.
- Disconnect wires from blower resistor.
- Disconnect wires from water valve temperature switch.
- Remove screws securing harness clip and bracket.
- Remove screws securing vacuum hose clips, then disconnect return springs from operating levers.
- Remove screw securing lower flap operating lever to flap hinge, then the lever.
- Loosen screw securing operating rod from vacuum servo to flap operating lever on core cover.
