- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove air scoop and air filter.
- Remove drive belt.
- Remove power steering pump with lines connected and position aside.
- Loosen bolt and remove heating water return line (3), Fig. .
- Remove hoses and disconnect ignition cable from bracket.
- Remove mounting bolts, then the water pump.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
- Replace water pump and heating water return line seals.
