- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove complete exhaust system.
- Remove heat shield.
- Unfasten screws.
- Unscrew nuts.
- Push constant-velocity joint along disassembly grooves and of output flange.
- Unscrew center bearing.
- Bend propeller shaft downwards on center bearing. Caution: Do not let propeller shaft fall into joints. Join...

- Remove propeller shaft.
- Lift off retainer
- Drive out knurled pin.
- Press rubber gaiter off constant velocity joint.
