- Drain cooling system into suitable container, then remove coolant recovery reservoir.
- Remove windshield washer fluid bottle.
- Disconnect electrical connectors.
- Remove heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
- Remove refrigerant inlet and outlet pipes.
- Remove relay bracket then the case flange nuts.
- Remove blower and evaporator case, then separate case halves, Fig. .
- Remove filter and evaporator.
- Reverse procedure to install.
