  • Remove dash panel as outlined under "Dash Panel, Replace"
  • Drain coolant into suitable container.
  • Remove heater core clamps and hoses, through engine compartment.
  • Remove blower case to heater case air duct.
  • Remove heater case attaching nuts and bolts, Fig. . then remove case.
  • Remove heater case clip and two attaching screws, then separate case halves, Fig. .
  • Remove heater core from case.
  • Reverse procedure to install. Torque heater case attaching nuts and bolts to 89 inch lbs.
