Jaguar -> Component Replacement & Adjustment -> Blower Motor, Replace -> Lefthand Blower Assembly -> Righthand Blower Assembly

Lefthand Blower Assembly
- Remove lefthand side dash liner, then the footwell air duct.
- Remove pliable trunking retaining clip and trunking.
- Remove brake switch harness strap, then disconnect vacuum pipe from actuator.
- Remove relays/harness from blower mounting and disconnect harness multi-plug.
- Remove securing bolt from blower motor assembly, then the blower motor.
- Remove gasket and trunking from blower motor assembly and position aside.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

- Remove engine and reservoir tank pressure caps.
- Loosen air bleeder valve.
- Slowly fill system with coolant through engine filler cap, allowing air to flow through bleeder valve until reservoir tank is full.
- Install engine and reservoir tank pressure caps, then tighten air bleeder valve.
- Run engine for approximately three minutes with defroster set to 85°F.
- Turn engine off and open air bleeder valve. When all air is bleed from system, close bleeder valve and check coolant level.
