- Disconnect battery negative lead.
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove 8 screws securing front grille to body.
- Remove front grille.
- Remove 4 bolts securing radiator top mountings to bonnet locking panel and collect nuts.
- Remove radiator top mountings.
