- Fill radiator reservoir up to the FULL mark, then install radiator cap.
- Start engine and let idle until its warmed up.
- If temperature increases beyond normal, there is excessive air in the system. Stop engine and allow to cool, then repeat sets 1-3.
- Run engine at 2,200-2,800 RPM for five minutes, then stop engine and allow it to cool.

- Raise and support vehicle and remove front wheel assemblies.
- Use a C-clamp to compress caliper piston into bore.
- Remove caliper pin bolts, Figs. through .
- Remove caliper from disc plate and position aside. Do not let caliper hang with its weight suspended by brake hose.
- Slide disc pads off caliper anchor plate.
- Inspect all components for wear or damage.
- Reverse procedure to install. Caliper must be bottomed out to install new disc pads.
