Remove defective components. Add the proper amount of oil to each replacement component. Most recovery/recycling equipment will measure the amount of oil being removed. Do not strike ABS rotors or outer race of driveshaft against other parts when removing or installing driveshaft. Use care not to strike pole piece at tip of front wheel speed sensor with tools when servicing vehicle.
- Raise and support vehicle and support it with safety stands in proper locations.
- Remove wheel nuts and front wheels.
