Prior to service disconnect battery ground cable and isolate as required.
Product Compatibility
Before adding or replacing engine coolant, ensure product compatibility with the system being serviced. If using orange silicate-free coolant, do not mix with green silicated coolant, premature engine, heater core or radiator corrosion may result. In addition, engine coolant will require change sooner at 30,000 miles or 24 months.
Before replenishing refrigerant oil, ensure product compatibility with the system being serviced. Refer to "A/C D... "

Both of these motors are changed as a unit.
- Remove glove compartment, then fold down electrical distribution box.
- Remove upper instrument panel section as outlined under "Instrument Panel, Replace."
- Remove righthand air duct and side defroster duct.
- Remove clip which frees control cable. Cut cable tie around lead to connector.
- Disconnect connector and press it out of flap motor mounting.
