- Drain engine cooling system so engine coolant level is below thermostat, then disconnect upper radiator hose and overflow hose from water hose connection.
- Remove water outlet connection bolts, then the connection from thermostat housing, Fig. .
- Remove thermostat and seal from housing.
- Reverse procedure to install.
