- Push float down using suitable screwdriver.
- Adjust coolant level to marking slowly.
- Switch heater to Max and warm engine by running at moderate RPM.
- Adjust coolant level constantly to expansion chamber mark.
- When coolant temperature reaches 140-150°F, close coolant expansion reservoir using cooling system cap.
