- Set temperature control switch to "Full Hot," mode selector switch to DEF and recirc switch to FRESH position.
- Disconnect both temperature control cable and mode selector cable from heater unit, then recirc control cable from intake unit.
- Remove center panel.
- Disconnect harness connectors.
- Remove all attaching fasteners, then the control assembly.
- Reverse procedure to install. Do not attempt to move links during installation.
