- Recover refrigerant as outlined under .
- Remove suction intake hose and intermediate section between fan shroud nozzle and filter.
- Remove fresh air intake to control module box.
- Disconnect relays from shelf.
- Remove relay shelf and spacer washers, Fig. .
- Disconnect fan shroud and lower it to rear against engine.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove air baffle between spoiler and frame member.
- Remove radiator mounting bolts.
- Lower vehicle.
- Remove upper mounting bolts and cover plate.
