- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Disconnect clips and remove water hoses.
- Blow low pressure compressed air into delivery line to prevent coolant from dripping onto carpet from core.
- Remove instrument panel as outlined under "Instrument Panel, Replace."
- Remove knee protectors.
- Clip together and remove lines from heater core.
- Remove mounting bolt and footwell air outlet.
- Remove mounting bolts and heater core.
- Reverse procedure to install.
