- Raise and support vehicle, then drain coolant into suitable container.
- Remove radiator upper cover.
- Lock belt pulley in position using holding tool No. 11 5 050, or equivalent, then remove mounting nut using wrench tool No. 11 5 040, or equivalent. Nut has lefthand threads.
